Cancellation and deposit policies from April 16th, to November 30th,
- Deposit taken at time of booking: none
- Cancellation: You must notify us more than 48 hours before the expected date of your arrival otherwise 50% of your stay will be charged
No show or cancellation on the same day: 100% of the cost of the stay will be billed to your account.
Cancellation and deposit policies from December 16th, 2020 to April 30th, 2021
- A deposit equivalent to the first night plus taxes will be charged upon booking.
- More than 7 days before the date of arrival, you will not be charged any penalty.
- No shows will be charged entirely.

- No extra fees for children under 12
- Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 11 am.
- In the case of a late check-out, extra fees of $50 plus taxes will be charged to your bill.
- Animals are not allowed in our condos.
- We are not responsible for objects left in the condos.
